In which languages is the training available?

Training platform: The EU AI Act e-learning and all other e-learning courses are available in German and English. Both languages are automatically included in a license.

Tailor-made e-learning: We can provide tailor-made e-learning in all languages. The license costs depend on the number of languages, users and content.

How long does the training take?

The EU AI Act training course takes just a bit over 30 minutes and is divided into four short modules. The course can be paused at any time.

Is the training content updated regularly?

Naturally. We regularly add new content to our e-learning portfolio and update existing training courses to respond to the latest developments in the security and compliance world. Thanks to our ISMS, compliance and security tech experts, we are always up to date.

Will I receive official proof of participation in the training?

Yes – course participants can create a certificate after passing the final test. A tracking dashboard and a CSV export are also available for you to provide proof of course participation.

Can I customize the training and / or integrate it into my learning management system (LMS)?

Customizing: Yes, all IS-FOX e-learning content can be customized and adapted to your company's processes and guidelines. We can also integrate your logo and branding into the training course.

Learning management system: Our courses can be delivered in all international e-learning standards (Scorm 1.2, Scorm 2004, AICC or xAPI) and are compatible with virtually any modern LMS.

Is the training legally compliant?

Yes! All content complies with the applicable laws and regulations. The didactic learning expertise conveys clear, simple messages (“Stop at red, go at green”).

With customized e-learning, you can link to further and legally binding intranet pages, codes of conduct or guidelines and work instructions.

Mandatory training: Does the EU AI Act require training for my employees?

Yes! Article 4 of the EU AI Act explicitly requires that measures be taken to ensure individuals are sufficiently competent in handling AI — including knowledge, understanding, and awareness of risks.
The training must be tailored to the individual’s role, prior knowledge, the type of AI systems used, and the specific usage context. This training obligation has been in effect since February 2, 2025.

We have collaborated with AI experts, our clients’ specialist departments, legal professionals, and learning designers to define the content of an “AI Competence Training” and developed the interactive course “AI Competence – EU AI Act.”

We are confident that this course not only fully complies with Article 4, but also covers all relevant topics for the target group of AI system users — concise, easy to understand, with videos and practical tips. Our GDPR-compliant training platform ensures that training completion is documented in accordance with legal requirements.

Is the IS-FOX EU AI Act Training officially certified?

Our training meets all the requirements of Article 4 of the EU AI Act. By completing our training, you have officially fulfilled your training obligation and can provide legally compliant proof of participation in the training.

At present, there is no official EU certification option for AI training. Should this situation change in the future, we will of course take appropriate measures to ensure that our training is certified.
